Travel information

This is an initial build. Please send any further information you might want to share to a member of the conference committee.

Travel To and From Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport

Light Rail

Drops off just one and a half blocks away from hotel at Government Center stop. For information on navigating Light Rail from MSP airport, click here.

Please also be aware that to return to the airport, you will need to catch a Blue Line, not a Green Line, light rail train.

Finally, you might note that during high traffic times (between 3:30 and 6:30 pm or mornings between 7 am and 9 am) the light rail is the fastest way to get from the airport to the hotel.

General information on Metro Transit Light Rail, including maps, schedules and fares is here.

Taxi

12 miles from airport to hotel; approximately $45 with tip.

Shuttle Services

Includes Super Shuttle (approximately $17 to $18 per person). Reservations recommended. Call to confirm vendor, price, and reservation. For more information, click here.

If you are taking the train into Minneapolis-St. Paul

Use the  Government Plaza stop, the same one you use to  get to the hotel.

More information: http://www.metrotransit.org/metro-green-line

If you are local and driving, or need to park a car

Please check details here:  http://www.cpminneapolis.com/minneapolis-hotel-accommodations/parking.asp

Parking will be $15 with in-and-out privileges.  Guests must ask the front desk for conference-rate parking when they check in. Parking for those not staying at the hotel will also be $15 per day, but with no in-and-out privileges.
